If you save the graph as a image you won't know whats what and you can also have multi graph windows open at the same time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So for example:&lt;br /&gt;
Fn 1 = sin(x)&lt;br /&gt;
Fn 2 = cos(x)&lt;br /&gt;
Fn 3 = tan(x)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then in the graph window make a key, which would be displayed in one of the corners of the window, that displays each function in the correct color:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key:&lt;br /&gt;
sin(x) is shown in red.&lt;br /&gt;
cos(x) is shown in purple.&lt;br /&gt;
