When configuring the plugin, it would be useful to create the GTA settings file if it does not exist.

Configure the settings from the implementation class

As of today, we can configure the GTA settings file by right clicking the test class (*Test).
We should be able to do the same from the implementation class too.

Add visual marker to know untested methods

Several possibilities here to display somewhere whether the current class does not have all the methods unit tested:
- put in red the analysis marker on the top right corner?
- add another marker displaying whether all the methods are unit tested?

Configure the settings file by selecting a package

We should be able to right click on a package statement or on a package folder and update the GTA settings file to run all the package tests.

Jump to the current method under test
