External Spawned Commands "Hang"

Occasionally external commands that are executed via
hIDE take an extremely long time to complete. Not sure
if this is a posix thread, Qt or Linux
issue. I am *guessing* that it is a Qt issue with the
signal\slot mechanism.

Sometimes simply moving the mouse gives it a "kick in
the ass" and the
command completes execution. This is another reason why
I beleive this issue *may* be related to Qt (Qt's
signal\slot\event system possibly).

This issue MUST be resolved for the final release
version of hIDE. Running
"make" takes long enough to finish sometimes from the
command-line,
shouldn't have to wait even longer when using a tool
designed to speed
up the development process =)

MDI Lacks "Modification" Tracking.

This one just takes time to "fix", just other issues
need attention at the moment. Basically, if you modify
a document and close hIDE the changes to the file will
not be saved.

Compiler Integration Issues.

Currently if you attempt to compile a source file (C,
C++, or Java) using hIDE it will "hang" while the
compilation process occurs. This is due to the fact
that
it occurs in the GUI thread and needs to be in it's own
thread. This is the #1
issue at this time and is currently in the process of
being fixed.
