#4 mkprintpkg should be more verbose

When I was making a package with mkprintpkg it just
printed the first four rows of info and then seemed to
halt....so I killed the process and tried again with --
debug and it showed a lot of lines like:
>>> file - `hpblgffe.hl_' -> `hpblgffe.hlp'
>>> Expanding `/tmp/lj/HPBLGFFE.HL_' to `/tmp/printpkg-
10460-hp1100-1.00/W32X86/hpblgffe.hlp'.

that passed on very slowly but at least gave me an
idea that something was happening, I think the default
(without --debug) also should print something similiar
just to let the user know it's not dead ('cause it can
take a lot of time).
