navigation to previous/next pages and up the hierarchy.&lt;br /&gt;
Mozilla provides a &amp;amp;quot;Site Navigation Bar&amp;amp;quot; which&lt;br /&gt;
provides buttons to follow these links.  While they are&lt;br /&gt;
provided as links already, the buttons are in a fixed&lt;br /&gt;
location so may be a bit easier to use.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I could probably contribute a patch to do this myself&lt;br /&gt;
