Manage proposal type

Add a new field Proposal.proposalType (ALTER TABLE pydb.Proposal ADD proposalType VARCHAR(2) COMMENT 'Proposal type: MX, BX' AFTER number;).

The objective is to be able to differentiate MX proposals and BioSAXs proposals. It will contain MX for MX proposals and BX as BioSAXs proposals and a null value will be assumed as an MX proposal (making it compatible with already existing proposals). It's going to be used in the future but currently we want to use this field to temporary forbid BX proposals to log in to the system (which is currently the case) as their is no BioSAXs data in the system for the moment.

automatically set firstExperimentId for new dewar

We have found that when uploading dewars from a spreadsheet, the firstExperimentId (which is a sessionId) is not set for the dewars created.

I've made a fix for this: it looks at the list of sessions associated with the shipment, and if there is only one session (which would be the case most of the time I would think) then this session's ID is set as the dewar's firstExperimentId.

New XFR Spectra tab (with Crystal Class and Comments), the count of Crystal tagged "E" in the summary table (bottom of the Data Collections tab). Pdf report with the XFR Spectra table (and with the count of "E" crystals in the summary): to be decided.
