I cant install issue tracker Please send me total perfect document of installing and configuring along with linux mysql and apache steps as it is very much confusing
the document you have provided mentioned that edit config.php but in that there is no baseurl line displyed in that program and many more like this please send exact configuration document it is very helpful for me my email is battinirajkumar@gmail.com very thankfull if you do this favour

The above message is now displayed when attempting to create issues. I fill in the form, and when I hit 'Create Issue', the above error occurs.

I previously had this issue which occurred after I changed the system time. This time the issue has occurred about an hour after a clean installation.

I'm currently running:

Centos 5
apache 2 (2.2.3-7.el5.centos.i386)
Php 5 (5.1.6.12.el5.i386)
Mysql (5.0.2.22-2.1.i386)

Sir , i have configured the issue tracker on linux according to the guide 2.0 everything seemz perfect but i cant login with the username: admin password: admin or with the
and with username:demo passsword demo, plz tell me the solution for that asap.

Database is perfectly connected and we query the database which is showing the information so it means we only have problem in logging .......

no setup.exe file..

Hi,

Sorry to ask a basic question. But I have only installed SW for WIndows. I want to use your issue tracker and I downloaded it. But I couldn't see any setup.exe file or any .exe file that will begin the installation.

ANy help would be appreciated. I want to install in a Laptop with laptop itself as a server.

Hi just installed Issue Tracker, im running debian with
PHPv5 and Apachev2 - what URL do i type into the
address bar to get to the login page? Followed the
Admin Manual to the letter and all went well.

when i type: http://localhost/issue-tracker/index.php I
get "The connection was refused"

Is this the base URL that everyone is talking about?

I am able to access other web-based apps such as SWAT.

Alteration of due-date

Dear sirs
We have been trying out the issuetracker for a period
now, and are very pleased with the system. A minor
detail are bugging me though:

In our context it is super relevant to use the field
due-date, but is looks like it is only administrators
that are able to alter this field. I have tried to play
around with the permission-part but have not been able
to find anywhere that this can be configured.

Any good ideas or is it just not possible at the moment?

unable to download a file

Hi,

we started evaluating Issue Tracker 4.0.4 but we are not
able to download uploaded files.
Files are correctly uploaded and referenced in the
database, but when I try to download, there's an error
message saying that "?module=download&fid=XXX"
can't be opened / was not found.

Where is the module "download" ? I didn't find any in
our installation.

We are a team of part time students at the northwestern
Swiss University of Applied Sciences in Olten.
In our project managment course we are evaluating an
issue tracking software.
This software will later on be used by a major power
supplier in Switzerland.

MySql Error on create table

I ran the schema.mysql script and got an error.

The error responds to the create table events line.

I've searched mysql.com and it appears that events is a
reserved word.

I couldn't find an issue regarding this, so the
question is why I am getting this error.
