If you attach an image file to an issue it should
create a thumbnail of the image if possible.

We could inspect the content-type and use PIL (often
installed) but not to complain if PIL is not installed
(i.e. do what we do today)

Ability to change priority after adding issue

an issue after it has been entered.

Issues to PDF

A PDF plugin would be nice to be able to export the whole
listing or a search result to PDF that lists (together with
description and comment threads) as a nice and tidy PDF
document.

Save default sortorder

It would be nice to be able to save a default sortorder.
Maybe somewhere next to the filter options where "change
date" and not "reversed" should be the default.

Recent history after recent

When you visit an issue this issue is collected in the Recently
visited issues. It shouldn't be there until after because at the
moment it's not "recent". It's current.

This goes for all little
features of the Recent history.

More clearly what changes a thread made

At the moment it displays: "Changed status from Open to
Taken"

This should be changed so that the words "Open"
and "Taken" should be in red.

"Send to friend" option arbitrarily

You should be able to send out email notifications even after an
issue has been added.

This is useful when you want people
to see an issue that are not in the NotifyOthers().

Followup preview before submit

You should be able to preview a followup before you submit
it.

Needs some thinking on how to display a change of
status.

Can we have a file attach option ?

Would it be possible to attach a file to an issue when it
is submitted (usually a ZIP or TGZ file) ?

My immediate response when an issue is raised is to
ask for a code snippet or set of files which exhibit the
problem. It would be excellent if they could be attached
to the issue ticket.

"IssueTrackerProduct" is 99% there - but the file attach
feature is a "must have" for me.

Any chance that it could be added ?

I would do look into implementing it myself, but I have no
experience in Pyton or Zope (yet...). This issue tracker
is required for my first support website.
