Limit the number of jamon labels

Currently the number of jamon labels can grow unbounded. This can lead to situations where jamon can grow unbounded in memory if the user doesn't have relatively unique keys.

Note this is already done in httpmonitoring.

Limit the length of each jamon label

Make label length max configurable. This can be useful for long labels such as sql statements to prevent them from consuming too much memory.

allow the user to define his own label

Today the label used by jamon is automatically created by the MonProxy, it could be nice to be able to choose it.

2 solutions:

1) add the label (as String or monKey) in the MonProxyFactory
2) add a parameter to the MonProxy constructor (or at least a setter ;)) to set the label. If the label is not null it is used otherwise it is generated.

Expose header names as constants

com.jamonapi.MonitorImp has hard-coded strings for the headers (e.g. Hits, Avg, Total etc.) it would be helpful to expose these as public static String constants for external code that needs to work with JAMon's raw data.
