and have had considerable difficulty.  However, it &lt;br /&gt;
appears that I have come to the following conclusion:&lt;br /&gt;
It seems that the forms are done in D5, among other &lt;br /&gt;
things.  Does anyone have a build in D4 that works, &lt;br /&gt;
or, can anyone advise me as to how to use D5-based &lt;br /&gt;
source files for D4 building?&lt;/p&gt;
