Add ability to easily read data from msg file

Currently the code uses a Hashmap that must be iterated
to read externally supplied MSG files. This means that
large amounts of attachments and other data will stay
in the Java heap until the hashmap passes out of scope.

We will need to find a better way to handle this, which
also supports reading data from the inbound msg file as
a chunkid/type tag.
