JPEGView displays jpegs more saturated and contrasty than Windows 10 Photos or Adobe Photoshop.
This is independent of whether GDI+ is used or not. I've not changed any of the contrast/saturation/gamma settings in the .ini file.
Intriguingly, if I take a screengrab via PrtScn key and paste into photoshop, it is displayed normally. So it's definitely a feature of how JPEGView displays the file.
