The main Jsch page at http://www.jcraft.com/jsch/ states as supported MACs: "hmac-md5, hmac-sha1, hmac-md5-96, hmac-sha1-96". If this is true, we will not be able to proceed with proper hardening of our SSH server (remove sha1 based HMACs).
According to the Jsch ChangeLog, Jsch supports hmac-sha2-256 since version 0.1.49.
