Create a list of possible penalties in popup/dropdown
window for the judges to select.

Display 2 rounds at a time

Display the next two rounds to show teams how much of a
break they have between the current round and next round.
Example:
Calculate the 3rd round based on the 1st round score.
Calculate the 4th round based on the 1st + 2nd round
scores.

Add a basket counter & button

Add a basket button on the PDA to be able to add 5
points to the score and increment the basket count by
1. Also, display the basket counter on the PDA.

Ability to Modify Created Schedule
