refactoring support

Hi,
Adding refactoring suport to the editor would be useful for anyone... and a must for me:)

Anyone who get used to refactoring would find a tough thing to code without it. In the case of architecture decision (whether to put data-related logic at the client, eg. Java side or at the db side) one minus point goes to plsql if it lacks refactoring.

As an entry point: function-, parameter-, and variable rename would be cool.

I would like this to work with other file extensions,
mainly .ssq files.
