it would be great if you could implement support for ipernity.com, too.

There's allready a version based to juploadr which support Ipernity and Zoomer at http://www.ipernity.com/tour/iperupload for downloading.

Maybee it's possible to get both versions of them together so there the next release supports flickr, zoomer and ipernity?

Support the new Java

Support den new Java 1.6 and 1.7

Concurrent uploading

I'd like to be able to upload to Flickr and Zooomr at the same time without having to upload, change accounts, then upload again.

Pixamo or Shutterfly support

jUploadr is great and it would be nice to use it with Pixamo or Shutterfly

synchronize

jUploadr "watches" a directory at a regular interval, comparing the current contents to a previous snapshot of filenames, dates, and sizes. When new files are found, they are automatically uploaded to the flickr account set up.
*A bonus features could be recognizing sub-folders as sets, but it's not necessary.

assign some temporary shortcuts to tags

Yet another one :-)

Something like: during a jUploadr "session" I am uploading some pictures from my last trip to Chile, then I assign "Santiago" to Alt-Shift-1 (or some other shortcut with a number). Then, for every picture related to Santiago, Chile, I just have to press that key combination to add the Santiago tag to its tag set.

As these things are bound to change, I'd say: make them live as long as a jUploadr session (or run, as you'd wish to call it), or make it an option while creating a shortcut to persist it across sessions. Another menu item would be: "Clear all shortcuts", and/or "Clear all temporary shortcuts" (if you like the idea of having *some* of them living across different sessions)

[]s,
Today, I have to:

a) go through the extra step of selecting the pics before dragging them into jUploadr - but if I am going through them all already, it would be nice if I could already label and tag them as I do it

OR

b) I drag them to jUploadr, delete (in there) the ones I don't like, upload the others, and THEN I have to go back in the filesystem and delete the bad ones

Use standard behaviour in selections

Most of the programs today use a "standard", even if not formally defined as such, set of behaviours for selection. I keep doing Ctrl+Button1 to add a picture to the current selection, just like I would do in most of the interfaces today, but to add one more picture to the selection, it's just a click on button1.

Clicking on button1 doest that, instead of un-selecting all other pictures and selecting just that one.

Oh, before I forget: THANKS! :-) It's a nice piece of software and I like it a lot. I have been using it all the time to upload my pictures.

Picture upload in context menu

It would be nicer to have "Upload" in the right-button context menu. It would then upload just the selected pictures.

Null value in title uses filename

My photos on Flickr are always untitled (intentionally).

When uploading using jUploadr, I always remove the automatically-entered title but once the files are uploaded it changes the title back to the filename minus the .jpg.

My preference is for the title to be blank if the field is blank in jUploadr.
