can't find KDE headers

Hi, I am trying to run .configure on Knoppix 4.02 for this KDE application of yours. I am not very accustommed to compiling on KNOPPIX or for KDE apps. However it sounds like some KDE .h files are required and can't be found. On this KNOPPIX, the gcc is there but that's not to say for the other development parts like headers.

Can you steer me in the right direction to set up this KNOPPIX to compile your application? Here is the exact error message from ./configure

Like I say I am unfamiliar with KDE or I would certainly know what files to grep for.
