Hello all,

I've a issue auto-typing to a remote session which is established via Microsoft Bastian Protocol.
Looks like ALTGR sequences are not transferred correct.
e.g. @ (ALTGR + Q)

The character is not transferred to the target window.
"Secret@Password" ends up with "SecretPassword".

If I use the Key Modifiers in custom keystroke sequence window:
"Secret^%qPassword" - this works, but as the special characters are included in the username (Name@domain), this is not a possible workaround.

Is there anything else I can do to overcome the issue?

Thanks for your feedback (and a fix, if this is possible).

regards
Mario

We have seem issues with remote sessions, often because of keyboard layouts on the remote system. A search here may help.
Are you running the latest KeePass?
    Does copy/paste work?

    cheers, Paul

    I'm running Keepass version 2.49 64Bit.
    Copy/Paste works.

I already did some research, but did not find any helpful workaround with exception of using Key-Modifiers in custom keystroke.
(In this case I need to change my entries from "username@domain"
to user "username", create a variable "domain"
    and change autotype to "{username}^%p{domain}"

If there's a more convenient workaround or an option to change send-keys behavior, I will be very happy.

I am facing the same problem after installing 2.51. I have reverted to 2.50 and the problem is gone.
The bug is triggered by using the autotype feature in an RDP session (from Windows 10 Enterprise to Windows 10 or Windows 8). Even capital letters are simply sent as small letters.
