put radio buttons at top of the generate a password panel:
x: must have x: may have
to allow generation of passwords that ...well, must have, or may have the subsets from the checked boxes below. Essentially an and/or operation.

This can already be done via a pattern.
Alternatively, generate passwords until you get one that has what you require.
