Applet not working in SUSE 9.1

I cannot get the applet to work either by compiling the
source, which gives nothing in the applet menu, nor by
installing the rpm which provides a menu option but
nothing in the applet itself. (ie the applet is blank)

Please help asap as it is Ramadhan!

I would like to thank you for your efforts in such a great
idea of program. I would really like to try your program
but I'm using GNOME 2 and would love to have your
applet in GNOME, my question is, will there be any
version for GNOME based on GTK2 or GTK+?

I am new withlinux
in fact this my first applet to install out of these
came with mandrake 8.1
I have downloaded (kpraytime-0.9.2-src.tar.gz ) and I
could not go any where with this applet can you send
me detailed steps to install it
