Filebrowser restrictions / Launch external programs

Hi,

I suggested this elsewhere already, but I can't
remember where, so I just repost it where it belongs...

1.
I think it would be a great extension to the plugin if
you'd be able to restrict the files displayed by the
file-browser by extension and set a directory to start
browsing. In my special case I could add two different
browsers to the menu, one that starts browsing in my
Audiobooks-Folder for .mp3, .wma and .ogg files and one
that starts in my Music-Folder for .pls and .m3u files.
There'd be no need for Album-plugins or the likes in my
case, and I think others could use a feature like that,
too.

2.
This has been suggested by others already: It'd be nice
to have a possibility to execute programs or batch
files from the plugin's menu, even better to have an
option like "Start program xyz.exe, then exit winamp".
