Cannot suppress the Samba/NT stuff

I do not use Samba but it seems that LDAPutils requires the Samba LDAP schema and the NT-related
variables in ldaputils.conf. Otherwise, a lot of problems occur.

It would be nice to have the ability to disable Samba/NT support completely.

There is a ldaputils 0.7 release but no files have been uploaded :-(

luseradd -s switch

when using the -s switch to luseradd it bombs as the
subroutine it calls doesn't seem to exist. If you use
luseradd without the switch all is okay.
