Improve "const correctness"

Would you like to apply the advices from the article
"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Const_correctness" to
your sources?
I suggest to add the key word "const" to the type
specifiers for parameters like the following.
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/libbt/libbt/src/
- filename (function "file_open_file")
- node, service (functions "net_build_addrinfo",
"net_listeners_add", "net_listeners_remove")
- item, param (function "seek_listener")
- url (function "libbt_torrent_add")

Win32 Port

Hi guys,

I'd love to change the PlaneShift updater program to
use libbt instead of libcurl to get its updates - but
it needs to run on win32 as well.

Is there any plans for a Win32 port of libbt in the future?

Unknown flags in handshake

Every few handshakes an unknown flag is reported. It
happens so often that you might wonder that maybe it's
an 'updated' handshake.

The flags in question are:

Unknown flags in handshake: 6578000000000000

Not really a request, but not a bug either :) anyway..
it would be nice if btget was reporting its status to
the tracker every 15min or so, not only when you cancel
the download.. it's annoying when you download from a
ratio-tracker and btget crash (=> you loose all your
"credits" )

The configure script/Makefiles assume that libssl and libcrypto will
be in /usr/lib. This is an illegal assumption, though near universal.

a bug about torrent file include utf-8 name

This program is great!

but if a torrent include name.utf-8 path.utf-8
fields
calculate hash would worng
because of sort of dictionary ,so info message
have been changed.
