`make check` doesn't work

The build target for `make check` is currently broken. Adding a testsuite/Makefile entry to configure.in allows the configure step to work. But a resulting `make` dies with the following output:

testsuite/Makefile.am:5: required directory testsuite/lib001 does not exist
make: *** [Makefile.in] Error 1

The current CVS tree has too many directories of the same name (libgsmc) in it. Need to fix this appropriately.

Fix the name of the tarball.

Bah. I screwed up and mistyped the name of the tarball. That's what I get for cutting a release so late at night. Thanks to J. for pointing this out.

Need to make `configure` optional

There's really no need to run `configure` on a project that supports automake; this should be optional.

Need to add Makefiles for a full build; and make configure optional if these don't work for a specific platform.

term_s structure initialized wrong

The term_s structure is initialized to 0's. This is very bad, as stdin is fd 0.

term_exitfunction() doesn't work

term_exitfunc() is trying to reset a device which wasn't a terminal.

Exiting the phone example doesn't reset the stty params

After running the phone_cli program, the original stty parameters are not restored.
