&lt;p&gt;It's been suggested that we switch to CMake, so that support for windows can be worked in.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think it's a good target.  At present there isn't really a truly multi-platform development library for programmers looking for a quick and freedom-granting fix for the msn protocol.
