Reverse rate computed for non-weak decay reactions

libnucnet computes a reverse reaction for non-weak decay reactions such as alpha decay. In addition to a check for weak reactions, there needs to be a check for reactions that only have one reactant total (sum of nuclide and other reactants) as to whether to compute the reverse rate.

Libnucnet__Reaction__copy() does not copy the duplicate reactant and product factors. It should do this to get an exact copy. Patch is attached.
