&lt;p&gt;To build for 32 bit machine you have to build both (the dll as well as the  LibusbJava.jar). You cannot use the old jar-file together with the new dll and vice versa. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Also, will there be a dll for 32 bit machines?
