PowerVR2DC System ASIC, and thus interrupts aren't<br />
being seen by the 8139too ethernet driver.</p>
<p>This means that the 8139too driver doesn't receive rx<br />
interrupts, and can't receive packets :(.</p>
<p>This only happens when not using dcload-ip to upload<br />
the kernel, e.g. when booting from CD or uploading via<br />
