BBA doesn't initialize properly

The GAPS PCI bridge doesn't deliver interrupts to the
PowerVR2DC System ASIC, and thus interrupts aren't
being seen by the 8139too ethernet driver.

This means that the 8139too driver doesn't receive rx
interrupts, and can't receive packets :(.

This only happens when not using dcload-ip to upload
the kernel, e.g. when booting from CD or uploading via
the serial cable.

Hi, I've been on #linuxdc for the last month now, but
in the beginning I missed about a month and a half.

I heard the logs were available, could you please post
them (and if possible make them searchable :).
