The entire message will be highlighted if all lines came at the same time.

When reading an existing file there is no way to know what the boundaries of a single message is.

You got me thinking...

I will make two new actions that will make this somewhat possible: A begin highlight and end highlight action that works similarly to the ignore actions.

The entire log event should be highlighted instead of the first line.
