Support regular expressions for To addresses

Sometimes you may wish to use the same From address for users at a particular domain. Or perhaps if they have some other characteristic. To support this in such a way that the user is not required to enter From/SMTP info for each of these users, the To addresses (currently a text label) should be an input field that supports PCRE.

Add documentation and web page

Currently there is no information for the user to even setup his Apple Mail (Mail.app) to point to Macheleon. It's essentially unusable! Add at least some preliminary documentation, either in the Wiki, DocManager, or in the project web page.

Use profiles for user/account information

Currently a new To address triggers the UI to prompt the user for From address and SMTP info. Often this info is the same as one previously entered for another To address. It would be easier for the user if all the existing user/account information is presented using a pull-down menu, to choose from, along with the current fields for entering new user/account information.

The profiles should be at two levels:

* Level 1: Choice of: From + SMTP
* Level 2: Separate choices for From:, SMTP

Use Keychain for sensitive information

Currently Macheleon stores the SMTP server authentication information (if any) in ~/.macheleondb. At least the passwords should be stored in and accessed from the Keychain.
