Well, I love the clean interface of MadEdit. It's the editor I use and prefer to browse binary files. However I can't edit with it and have to use another editor just for editing.
The problem lies partially on that the Windows clipboard doesn't accept the Null character (0x00). Any string will be cut at the first null encountered.
The advanced option to copy as hex string should be of help here, but MadEdit always paste over the encoded text part of an hex-editing file. Switching the caret cursor to the left with TAB doesn't help, because the paste operation still will go over the text window.
Is something I'm doing wrong? Any help will be apreciated.
