Well, I love the clean interface of MadEdit. It's the editor I use and prefer to browse binary files. However I can't edit with it and have to use another editor just for editing.<br /> The problem lies partially on that the Windows clipboard doesn't accept the Null character (0x00). Any string will be cut at the first null encountered.<br /> The advanced option to copy as hex string should be of help here, but MadEdit always paste over the encoded text part of an hex-editing file. Switching the caret cursor to the left with TAB doesn't help, because the paste operation still will go over the text window.<br /> Is something I'm doing wrong?
