getMail button on system settings page

And possibly on the account settings page. At present,
users have to call getMail directly. This doesn't
behave nicely as it potentially gives no output. Need a
nice wrapper, which will display 'ok' or give a log to
the screen.

Mass category changes

Mass updates only allow assignment and state. Category
changes are not included.

Leave mail on server

It would be nice to have an option at the 'POP3/IMAP
retrieval settings' to leave the e-mail on the server
(or move it to a folder called 'Processed' or something).

Improve Printing

For printing, some modifications can be done to the
HTML to remove unncessary information on the printout.
Use of the class noprint should help.

Bulk deletion of specific tickets

At present it is difficult to delete specifically
selected marked tickets. We can change marked tickets
for 1) assigned, 2) status, and 3) priority but
only "closed" and "spam" tickets can be deleted and
we cannot target specific tickets within these
categories to delete.

If we were able to create either a "status" or
a "category" that we are able to deliberately move
marked tickets to in bulk, and these "status"
or "categories" tickets could then be deleted from
the "system->Delete & Archive Tickets area".

This would make MaleManager much more user friendly,
I occasionally get corrupt or unreadable tickets in
MailManager and am unable to access them to change
their status. The only way that I can get rid of them
is to change them to spam and then to delete all the
spam within date ranges. However, occasionally there
is spam that I do not want to delete at that time.

Merging of tickets

If people fail to use the correct topic in emails then
we get multiple tickets on the same topic.
It would be nice to be able to move a new ticket's
email into the history of an older ticket to make these
situations easier to manager.

Prevent users seeing users drop down

The user drop down allows you to select to view other
user's tickets. This has two issues:

a) It doesn't make much sense when working only with
queues. Most people's workflows will not require
viewing other users' tickets.

b) It may be worth considering this in the security
framework, to prevent users from accessing other users'
tickets.

This may either be a display setting, or a security
setting, depending on how the security development goes.

Change from address

Hello,

We have about 150 mail boxes, all mail is being
forwarded to other accounts.

When replying to a ticket, it uses the forwarded account.

Would be very nice to change the from address.

We rather dont have our customers see the address that
collects all email.

Cite all messages

Dear ,

We have been using MM for a while now. It's a great
product!

Only feature we think should be in, is to cite all
messages when replying to a ticket.

Our helpdesk uses MM, it would be convenient when our
customers see the history of the emails.
