the Web. It has its own simple markup language. It also&lt;br /&gt;
accepts HTML markup. Additionally, it supports "plugin"&lt;br /&gt;
programs. These programs can be specialized editors.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;To generate structured consistent FAQs, it would be&lt;br /&gt;
very useful to have a FAQ plugin, e.g., based on&lt;br /&gt;
makefaq. You could enter a .dat file and the makefaq&lt;br /&gt;
plugin would translate it to HTML (or native Wiki&lt;br /&gt;
format) for inclusion in the Wiki page.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am not a Wiki developer, but it appears that plugins&lt;br /&gt;
need to be Perl modules. Not sure how to handle a&lt;br /&gt;
Python program like the current makefaq.&lt;/p&gt;
