Not able to run build.sh in linux system

Hi
I am using the maximum entropy method in linux system. When trying to run the build.sh in the linux system ,it says permission denied. is there a way to make it run . Without the build I am not able to run any experiments.
Kindly suggest any thing I need to know to make the build .

Hi,

I've been using maxent-1.0 for a while but now I have a
difficult problem.
When opening a model, I get the following exception:

java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException:
java.lang.NumberFormatException: NaN at
java.lang.FloatingDecimal.readJavaFormatString(FloatingDecimal.java:1176)
at java.lang.Double.parseDouble(Double.java:184)
at quipu.maxent.GISModel.<init>(GISModel.java:88)
at quipu.maxent.GISModel.<init>(GISModel.java:58)

when I take a look to the model generated, the first 4
lines of the
file reads:

GIS
1
NaN
27

Other models (generated with the same program) don't
have
that NaN but a float point number, such as
'-0.009666446943027075'

some idea?
