ResumeDetails added as parameter to resume(), as return value to suspend() and as member to Thread.

now should test suspend() return value...

add a new field to thread, where various classes can write an extra information related to the error occurred.
add an enumeration of codes to represent the error conditions

add a bitmask to resume(), to know after suspend what resume happened (for example timeout vs condition)

platform changed to 13.04, since 12.04 supports no more than gcc 4.6, currently no longer supported.

bring default allocator locally, from LLVM library.

new/delete in all versions already in.

os::std::malloc() and os::std::free() already added, but now call the libc implementations.

bring malloc()/free() locally. check newlib and FreeRTOS for existing implementations.
