mysql syntax only, no proper sql

If you use posgressql the sql file is not compatible for the calendar functionality.

Roundcube supports pgsql, and sqlite as the documentation also refers to phpmyadmin makes this only good for mysql servers.

Output from SQL commands in file /plugins/calendar/SQL/mysql.sql ..

newer calendar appears not to be open source as well. Might be wrong about that as i can find a commercial version

It would be great to upgrade this plugin version to Roundcube's 0.9.2 new version.

Folder Settings Error

Error 501 displayed when going to Settings -> Folders

Attachments only show after reloading

To replicate:
0. Select a message with non-inline attachments (PDF, DOC, ...)
1. Forward the messages
2. No attachments show in the side bar, but they are there and will be send, they are just not visible
3. Reload the "compose" page with the to be forwarded message, and upon reload the attachments show up.
