Installer fails with Internal Error 2908

During installation the installer fails with an internal error: 2908 followed by Error: 1935" Error occurred during the installation of assembly "Apache.Web" version 2.2.2006"
Win XP Home SP3

The installer doesn't work.

I am trying to install over an apache 2.0.63 installation. This is on a Windows system 7 running in 64-bit.
I'm guessing that one or more of those factors is the cause of the problem. The message is something to the effect of it cannot find a valid apache directory to install in.

mod_aspdotnet.html contains several broken links from when it moved from ASF to SourceForge.
Also the "Errors" option is not supported.

Hi,

I have installed the msi version of mod_aspdotnet module - but when loading the module in the conf file and restarting apache I get the following error in the application event log:

The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> apache.exe: Syntax error on line 523 of C:/xampp/apache/conf/httpd.conf: API module structure 'aspdotnet_module' in file C:/xampp/apache/modules/mod_aspdotnet.so is garbled - expected signature 41503232 but saw 41503230 - perhaps this is not an Apache mod .

Any ideas?

I have installed Apache 2.2 as part of the installation of CollabNet Subversion. This installs Apache in a sub-directory under
Program Files\CollabNet Subversion Server\ The Apache dot net installer does not recognise this as a valid install path.

When running an ASP.Net 2 Ajax Application you'll get an Error "sys undefined" in the Webbrowser.

It's present an error during the installation process, that's show a window an say some like this:
Internal Error 2938
and then show another window
Error 1935.An error ocurred during the installation of assembly
'Apache.web.version="2.2.0.2006",Public....

Anyone can say me what is the problem!?
