portable DB solution like SQLLite and supply a web server like UltiDev&lt;br /&gt;
Cassini webserver.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Several other changes will need to be made to support this solution such as&lt;br /&gt;
database agnosticism and an in-DB login solution.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once all of this has been put together we can probably put everything into&lt;br /&gt;
