#28 Allow single-channel gain on 100% LR-frame Joint Stereo
Currently, single-channel constant gain can only be
applied to LR stereo files. However, I believe it also
should be possible to operate on joint stereo files
that contain only LR stereo frames. I do see such files
in the wild. I'd like the ability to do single-channel
gain adjustments on them.
