#39 [patch] ability to force update of tags
mp3gain writes more frames than some other implementations of Replay Gain; my patch to add TXXX frames <https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3022522&group_id=49979&atid=458158> adds more still. If your MP3s have RVA2 frames but not TXXX, it's useful to skip analysis, trust what's in the RVA2 frame, and copy it into TXXX frames; this patch adds an option "-s u" that does just that.
As with the TXXX patch, it's against the Debian package but seems to apply cleanly to unpatched 1.5.1.
