GUI Improvements

Hi,

Can somebody build MPlayerGUI with following options:

1) Pressing ESC key in Keyboard closes the application
2) Pressing the key 'D' closes the currently playing file.
3) Right-Clicking on the video view closes the currently playing file. (instead of showing a context menu)
4) Left-Clicking on the video view pauses the currently playing file.

I don't have programming background/tools needed to implement these options.

I appreciate if somebody can help me.

Hi,

Very nice gui, With mpui no longer being developed a nice gui's hard to find. Few improvements / additions would be quite nice with this player.

Output driver - For gl/gl2 would be a good idea to add
yuv=2/3 modes as normal modes are very slow
theres also an addition of force-pbo:ati-hack
for performance.

Cache - Setting for cache as well as caching only in
memory setting etc would be quite useful.

Startup Volume - Since the newer mplayers support this,
this avoids the loud volume at opening a file.

Display of progress bar ui if mouse moves to bottom
edge in full screen view and auto hide etc

Software volume control -- for additional amplification

hotkeys- ablity to set/edit hotkeys for different keys
mouse scroll up/down could control volume,
others also to be able to set manually

Better Subtitle support, configuration for size ,ui buttons for selection between subtitles and abiliy to turn off subtitles.

others later on like filters /post processing settings
H.264 loop filter disable
frame drop,skip
Create index if needed for files with corrupt index
mplayer log output, useful when errors occur etc
audio filters, headphone virtual spat, volume normalizer etc
dvd support with the new lib nav etc
