I am using MPXJ 3.0.0. The issue here is about loosing outline code. Here's how to reproduce the bug.

1) Create a new project with outline code in a custom field and save it in MPT format. I used Microsoft Project if it makes a difference.

2) Open the file with an MPPReader to read the file and create a new projectfile object.

3) Save the projectfile with an MSPDIWriter.

4) open the new XML file (again, I used MSP).

The new file does not appear to support outline code.

I'm planning to release a 3.0.1 version of MPXJ shortly just containing bug fixes, I'll then look at this as new functionality for inclusion in the 3.1.0 release.

see [#197]. I attached a patch that implements this.
