Got the primary abort for orbit working. Tap E will calculate the orbit number and pick the primary landing zone for that orbit and calculate the retro time. The code from DuncanS TransX is proving really useful. However there is room for improvement as the code ignores the inclination of the orbit. This isn't a problem for historical Mercury orbits but in the future I need to take this into account. Actually managed to hit a landing zone within 1.1 degrees. (about 125 km).
Tommorrow looking to get the contigency landing zones going and the manual retro time set.
