#349 msp430mcu 20130321 fails on FRAM chips
TI changed the start of the vector table by 16 bytes so that BSL and JTAG passwords are no longer stored within it. mspgcc expects vector tables to be 16, 32, or 64 words long, so this change to a 56-word table is not supported. msp430mcu 20130321 adjusted the start of the table in the memory map back to its original location, but this is wrong since the vector offsets in the header are relative to the non-adjusted address.
Need to add support for 56-word vector table.
