UUID is useful too when 2 similar USB sticks are connected to the computer. It prevents from making an error too.

Included only verndor, model, size and disk path. I think it is more thank enough to caution users.

Quick format
Normal format
Format in FAT 16, FAT 32 (default), NTFS, UDF, exFAT
Format with MBR for BIOS or UEFI, with MBR for UEFI, or with GPT for UEFI.
Format with different allocation unit size : 4 ko, 8 ko (default), 16 ko, 32 ko, 64 ko... (Is it really useful ?)
Vérifying blocs in 1, 2, 3, 4 or more passes.
Changing the label (normal or with extended characters)
Adding an icon
Adding a compatibility with old BIOS
Adding a MBR that permits to choose the boot device (?)
