NullPointerException error

After running the following command:

java tool.pdf.Split - page 1-2 file.pdf

I get the following error:

file.pdf: java.lang.NullPointerException

I am using
Windows XP Professional
JRE 1.4.2_10-b03
Multivalent20060102.jar

Multivalent jar file was placed in
c:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_10\lib\ext

hello,
i am writing a software on the Macintosh Belle Nuit HTMLBook and i am
=20=

interested to use the compression you have in your compression tool.

the program is at

i get easily 40-50% compression from quartz generated files.

i am programming on OS X and would like to add the =20
Multivalent20040415.jar binary to the program package to distribute =20
it, to use it then via the RB shell. i can instruct the user to =20
download it themselves and place it there, but i want to make it =20
easier for them to use it directly.

is this possible with your license? my program is not open source =20
(though freeware).

PDF Viewer very slow in MAC Mini X

Dear Sir,
When running the PDF viewer provided in MAC Mini X,
it is very slow. It slows down the entire system. It is
working fine in Windows and Linux. It takes many
minutes to go to another window, for example. It is
showing the PDF however. The CPU utilization is full

Any hints please..

Multivalent tool pdf decryption problem!

Hi,
I downloaded the last release of Multivalent Tool.
I was interesting to Encrypt/Decrypt process on PDF
files.

The Encryption works good.
I tried the following command:
java -
cp ".;C:\Prodotti\Multivalent20040415.jar"
tool.pdf.Encrypt -user rinorocco -owner rino -password
rino -inplace C:\PDF\pippo.pdf

But the Decryption process doesn't work!
I tried the following command:
java -
cp ".;C:\Prodotti\Multivalent20040415.jar"
tool.pdf.Decrypt -password rino -inplace
C:\PDF\pippo.pdf

...and the following is the error...

where is the source?

I downloaded the source (Multivalent20040415-src.zip) but it
doesn't look complete. Specifically it is missing tools.pdf.Impose
classes, amoung many others.

What am I missing here?

Is there a CVS repository for this project?
