Ability to input file from FTP

When getting a file from a URL, the FTP protocol
should also be supported, in addition to HTTP (which
is already supported).

Input of different text file formats

Currently MUSHUnformat needs the input file to have
UNIX linebreaks in order to function. This can easily
be changed using code from the GPL'd "LineBreak", so
that MUSHUnformat can operate on any file.

Save to remote file

MUSHUnformat should be able to save the unformatted
softcode to a remote server, e.g. via FTP. Other
protocols could also be implemented (SFTP, SCP, ???)

Save to local file

File->save should save the unformatted softcode to a
file on the user's computer.

Ability to get file from URI

There should be an option available to the user for
MUSHUnformat to grab a formatted softcode file from the
internet. A dialog box should appear asking for the
URI. FTP and HTTP should be supported.

If no error occurs, the unformatted file should be
displayed just as a local file would be.

If an error occurs, a dialog box should be displayed
describing the type of error encountered.
