file WS2_32r.dll was missing even though it was there.&lt;br /&gt;
I uninstalled bend mx, reinstalled win mx 3.54, and&lt;br /&gt;
reinstalled bend mx.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now bend doesnt even try to load.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have robo as well but I have had problems with that&lt;br /&gt;
halting my system each time any data goes in or out.&lt;br /&gt;
Very annoying.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help or suggestions are appreciated.  Thank you for&lt;br /&gt;
your time.&lt;/p&gt;
