"Index was outside the bounds of the array". It was continuous for 3 hours &amp;amp; it got resolved by recycling the application pool.&lt;br/&gt;
I have attached an image of the error screenshot.&lt;br/&gt;

I was installing this under a user account with administrator rights. I noticed that if you enter something like win/win, &lt;br /&gt;
the system will popup "win" and if you click add, it &lt;br /&gt;
will go to the next "win" and if you click add again, &lt;br /&gt;
it will crash.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The chances of someone doing this is probably slim &lt;br /&gt;
but was wondering if anyone had a fix for this?&lt;/p&gt;

Language Files and our investigations have led us to&lt;br /&gt;
believe that the error is caused because the German&lt;br /&gt;
Language file is checked using the English&lt;br /&gt;
Dictionaries. We encountered the error with the letter&lt;br /&gt;
“ß” which is equal to “SS” in German. Since the English&lt;br /&gt;
dictionary lacked the entry for “SS” the error was&lt;br /&gt;
